Evylyn Rose LLC's Terms of Service

1. Services Offered
Evylyn Rose LLC offers Tarot readings, spiritual services, educational services (including coaching & workshops). These offerings are intended for personal insight and spiritual growth--not professional advice. My services are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. See the service pages for details. Expectations are outlined in my Fulfillment Policy.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must be 18 years or older to book services, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for age-appropriate offerings (e.g. tutoring or certain spiritual services). Clients are expected to approach sessions with openness, respect, and awareness that outcomes may vary. Booking any service implies agreement with the Terms of Service, Fulfillment Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

3. Payment & Booking
Unless otherwise noted, all services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment secures your appointment and confirms your agreement to the terms provided. Some services (such as events) may require a deposit. For cancellation, rescheduling, and refund details, please refer to the Cancellation Policy.

4. Code of Conduct

• For Tarot and spiritual services, clients should avoid excessive background information that may influence interpretations and respond only to practitioner clarification questions.

• For educational services, clients (or guardians of minors) are expected to actively engage in the learning experiences and honor scheduled sessions and communication guidelines.

• All clients must engage respectfully. Harassment results in immediate termination without refund.

5. No Guarantees or Refunds on Completed Services
While every effort is made to provide a meaningful and supportive experience, no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Full refunds will not be provided for successfully completed services. However, I deeply value client satisfaction and welcome feedback. Your insights help me address your concerns professionally and continuously improve my services. 6. Right to Refuse Service
Evylyn Rose LLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to unethical requests, disrespectful behavior, or situations deemed outside the scope of the services offered.

7. Confidentiality & Client Privacy
All information shared during services—including personal details, questions, and session notes—is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing your service and supporting future sessions, if applicable. I do not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties. The only exception to this policy is if disclosure is legally required by law or if there is an immediate safety concern.

For education services, session notes, learning plans, and client-/attendee-provided feedback may be retained securely to track progress, assess program success, and tailor future sessions.

Information provided through newsletter sign-ups, contact and feedback forms, or service bookings is used solely by me, Evylyn Rose, for the intended purpose of communication, service delivery, or updates. For additional details, please see the Privacy Policy page.

8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise labeled, all content, including but not limited to blog posts, workshop materials, and digital guides, is the intellectual property of Evylyn Rose and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Scope of Services

All services are offered within the scope of Evylyn Rose LLC’s expertise. I am not a licensed doctor or therapist--I do not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions, nor do I provide legal or financial advice. • My Tarot services are classified as entertainment under Delaware law. Readings are intended to support personal insight and reflection—not to provide predictive claims or professional advice.

• My energy services--such as Reiki and other spiritual healing practices--are complementary and spiritual practices only. They are not a substitute for medical treatment.

• My coaching services are not a substitute for psychological treatment.

10. Sacred Space Expectations

To honor the ceremonial container, we agree:

• I provide:

  • • Altar cloths, decks, candles, crystals, & sound bowl

    • Trauma-informed space holding

• You provide:

  • • A private or semi-private area (min. 6x6 ft) 

    • 1 table + 2 chairs (unless requested during booking request)

    • Shade/tent for outdoor spaces (unless requested during booking request & 8x8 ft space available)

    • Weather contingency plan

• Energetic Integrity:

  • • I abstain from all substances for 24 hours prior to and during services.

    • Guests receiving readings must be free of visible impairment (excessive intoxication, etc.).

    • No active smoking/vaping within 15 ft of the reading space.

    • I reserve the right to pause readings if a guest is visibly impaired or otherwise disruptive within 5 ft of the reading space.
