1. 24-Hour Cancellation Window
Clients may cancel or reschedule any service with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or to reschedule the booking without penalty..
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund.
No‑shows (missed appointments without notice) are non‑refundable.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule once at no extra charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Reschedule requests under 24 hours before your appointment may incur a fee, depending on availability.
4. Emergency Cancellations
If Evylyn must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, travel issues, etc.), you’ll receive a full refund or the choice to reschedule without penalty.
5. Satisfaction Concerns
Completed sessions are not refundable. However, if you’re unsatisfied with any aspect of your service, please reach out—your feedback helps ensure a fair resolution and continuous improvement. Please provide feedback at any time so that I can address your concerns.
