Standard Services (Tarot, Mentorship, Private Ceremonies):
24+ hours notice = Full refund
Less than 24 hours notice = 50% refund
No-show = No refund
Events (Tarot for Gatherings, Public Ceremonies):
Governed by your signed contract
Typically 14-day cancellation window
Non-refundable deposit always applies
Standard Services: 1 free reschedule when requested at least 24 hours in advanced.
Events: See signed contract for rebooking fee details.
Standard Services: Full payment at booking (unless otherwise explicitly indicated)
Events: minimum $50 non-refundable deposit (unless otherwise explicitly indicated in signed contract)
My Cancellation (illness, unsafe travel): Full refund/reschedule
Force Majeure -- No penalties for unpreventable cancellations due to:
Natural disasters
Venue closures
Civil emergencies
In event of emergency cancellations indicated above, clients may receive a full refund, priority rescheduling, or a credit toward future services.
Energy exchanges in completed sessions cannot be reversed, but I'm deeply committed to repairing trust. Email concerns within 48 hours for a restorative resolution process. If your experience fell short:

I'll respond with:
Session analysis addressing your concerns
Custom ritual for integration or partial credit toward next service
