Evylyn Rose LLC's Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Windows

• Standard Services (Tarot, Mentorship, Private Ceremonies):

  1. • 24+ hours notice = Full refund

     • Less than 24 hours notice = 50% refund

     • No-show = No refund

• Events (Tarot for Gatherings, Public Ceremonies):

  1. • Governed by your signed contract

     • Typically 14-day cancellation window

     • Non-refundable deposit always applies

2. Rescheduling

• Standard Services: 1 free reschedule when requested at least 24 hours in advanced.

• Events: See signed contract for rebooking fee details.

3. Deposits

• Standard Services: Full payment at booking (unless otherwise explicitly indicated)

• Events: minimum $50 non-refundable deposit (unless otherwise explicitly indicated in signed contract)

4. Emergencies

• My Cancellation (illness, unsafe travel): Full refund/reschedule

• Force Majeure -- No penalties for unpreventable cancellations due to:

  1. • Natural disasters

     • Venue closures

     • Civil emergencies

• In event of emergency cancellations indicated above, clients may receive a full refund, priority rescheduling, or a credit toward future services.

5. Satisfaction

Energy exchanges in completed sessions cannot be reversed, but I'm deeply committed to repairing trust. Email concerns within 48 hours for a restorative resolution process. If your experience fell short:

• Email me within 48 hours describing your concerns in as much detail as possible.

• I'll respond with:

  • • Session analysis addressing your concerns

    • Custom ritual for integration or partial credit toward next service
