1. 24-Hour Cancellation Window
Clients may cancel their appointment with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or to reschedule.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% refund.
No-shows will not receive a refund.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule an appointment once without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Requests to reschedule less than 24 hours prior to an appointment may result in rescheduling fee depending upon availability.
4. Emergency Cancellations
If I need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.
5. Satisfaction Concerns
While full refunds are not available for successfully completed services, I am open to discussing concerns to ensure a fair and positive experience. Please provide feedback at any time so that I can address your concerns.
